A Royal wedding ... I must take a moment to reflect back to my youth and the streets of  London...It was a family of six, equipped with their view boxes. Royal groupies ...as it were, among the noted 650,000 curbside spectators. That glorious summer my parents had been given a flat in London, the only stipulation had been if they were to go they must take the children.

It was an amazing adventure, one I shall never forget .

At the announcement of William and Kate's engagement, I happen to suggest that my family attend THIS wedding. The family all looked at me like I was a nut and absolutely crazy...I am sure after they witness the incredible 24 hour news coverage one of my 4 bright stars will admit that going to London might not have been such a bad idea after all.

As the years passed since my memorable trip, I always had  a strong connection to the royal family and particularly to Diana. Tonight on the eve of this royal event ...all the world will stop and pause for a brief moment and marvel at the future King of England, a son of a Princess ,who has achieved his mother's dream.

"I will fight for my children on any level so they can reach their potential as human beings and in their public duties."
-Princess Diana
